About Me.
I am an industrial designer with a passion for tangible interaction design.
My work as a designer is guided by a constant curiosity. I am always questioning why concepts, products and objects are the way they are, searching for unconventional approaches and not just novelty, but simpler, more thoughtful ways for us to interact with technology. To me, design is not just about creating something new, but about challenging the status quo and finding better, more human-centric ways of interacting with the world. Through my work, I aim to share these explorations and deliver intuitive, vibrant and thoughtful solutions. My goal is to create intentional designs that are calm, clear and intuitive.
At my core, I am a creator and a hands-on problem solver. I believe that the best solutions are found by breaking down a challenge, understanding its constraints, and using the available resources to find the most effective and elegant solution. Whether I'm developing a tangible or a digital product, my process is driven by practical thinking and a passion for creating meaningful experiences.
My skillset combines the physical and digital worlds, enabling me to see a project through from idea to tangible, working prototype.

Experience.
My professional experience spans a variety of design environments, from agencies to in-house teams and tech start-ups. My internship at the design agency Indeed Innovation gave me a solid grounding, exposing me to projects ranging from consumer goods to industrial tools. At Loewe Technology, I took on a more focused role. As the industrial designer for their new e-mobility division, I guided the Vector e-scooter from concept to near-reality, after which I created concepts for consumer electronics to help expand the iconic brand beyond its traditional entertainment focus. Most recently, I moved to the purely digital realm at the start-up Arrival.Space. There, I redesigned the entire user interface for their social metaverse platform and developed a design system to ensure consistency and scalability for future development. Throughout my various roles, I have consistently focused on translating complex systems into clear, intentional and user-centred experiences, whether physical or digital.

Education.
I began my design education with a focus on the physical world, completing a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Product Design at Coburg University. The programme was grounded in practice, offering a comprehensive understanding of how products are created, engineered and brought to market. I was given real-world experience through collaborations with renowned companies from an early stage.
What fascinated me the most during my bachelor's degree was always the interaction between people and objects, which was often digital. Seeking to bridge the gap between the physical and digital worlds, I went on to pursue a Master's degree in Interaction Design at the FH Joanneum University of Applied Sciences. This programme provided a foundation in UX/UI and deepened my understanding of interactive products and tangible interfaces. Most importantly, I developed the practical skills to build my own interactive prototypes, ranging from low to high fidelity.
My dual expertise in industrial and interaction design enables me to now create thoughtful, holistic experiences where physical form and digital interaction are seamlessly blended, and to transform abstract concepts into tangible, responsive experiences.
